Installer les polices TrueType sous RedHat

1 – Il vous faut les paquets rpmbuild et ttmkfdir :

rpm -qa | grep rpm-build
rpm -qa | grep ttmkfdir

2 – Installer cabextract :

wget ftp://ftp.msiu.ru/pub/mirrors/ftp.scientificlinux.org/linux/extra/dries/redhat/el4/en/i386/RPMS.dries/cabextract-1.2-1.el4.rf.i386.rpm
rpm -ivh cabextract-1.2-1.el4.rf.i386.rpm

3 – Télécharger la dernière spec et préparer l’environnement :

wget http://corefonts.sourceforge.net/msttcorefonts-2.0-1.spec
echo '%_topdir %(echo $HOME)/rpmbuild' > $HOME/.rpmmacros
mkdir -p $HOME/rpmbuild/BUILD
mkdir -p $HOME/rpmbuild/RPMS/noarch

4 – Modifier le msttcorefonts-2.0-1.spec :

mirrors="ovh+heanet+switch"
mirror_count=3

5 – Build le rpm :

rpmbuild -bb msttcorefonts-2.0-1.spec

6 – Installer le rpm :

rpm -ivh $HOME/rpmbuild/RPMS/noarch/msttcorefonts-*.rpm

Comment lister les fonts :

fc-list
